How do I return an item?
We offer returns for exchange or refund for most of our products, 15 calendar days after delivery to you, no questions asked. We'll just fairly charge the shipping and return costs, at super discounted freight rates. After we receive the product back at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and we will immediately notify you of our findings.
Some important things to consider, in order for this to be applicable:
NO MATTER WHAT THE CASE IS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@ZENBETTERLIVING.COM IN ORDER TO HAVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION AND WE'LL INITIATE THE PROPER INVESTIGATION
- Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition": It means, the product is not showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Items on sale, special pricing, special or custom order, special or seasonal collections, or discounted bundles, are not qualified to get refunded/returned on the 15th day grace period rule.
- Original receipt must be provided by customer.
- Original packaging is required to be returned. Items without packaging, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- This policy only applies for products shipped inside the contiguous United States. For Canada, we will reserve the right to analyze on a case by case basis. other countries shipments are definitely not covered under warranty.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
